Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Sculpted purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is delivered.
1. Your right to cancel
In addition to our 30-day policy, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 30-day window is more generous and applies on top of your statutory rights.
2. Conditions for a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- For hygiene reasons, items must not have been used beyond trying them on.
- Please keep the original packaging where possible.
3. How to start a return
Email us at sculpted.communication@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and send you the instructions.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved, we cover the cost of sending the item back, so returning your order is free.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at sculpted.communication@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
