Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

2. Delivery time

Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched. Most orders arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary depending on your location and demand.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all UK orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden delivery fees.

4. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel. If you have not received tracking information within a few days of your confirmation, contact us at sculpted.communication@gmail.com.

5. Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, peak periods). If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, get in touch and we will look into it straight away.

6. Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
