These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sculpted online store and any purchase you make from us. Sculpted is a trading name of Roméo PIAT, a sole trader registered in France (SIRET 10549697000010). By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; a contract is formed once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and to refund you in full if we do.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Returns and cancellation

Your right to cancel, return items and obtain a refund is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our store. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, which always apply.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, of the mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under UK law.
